New league tables of estate agencies have appeared on the internet, showing Purplebricks on the top of the leaderboard while Connells has overtaken Countrywide in terms of listings as the UK’s largest estate agent.
However, it is not known who has placed the league tables online or who has promoted the story. Could this be fake news or a clever bit of ‘spin’ and really, does it matter at all?
What matters is how much visibility and activity an estate agent is creating in their area. However, it does mean combining on and offline activity for maximum effect.
